If you compare prices, you will discover that we work on a smaller margin than most.
Because of that, we must ask for advance payment for special orders --
that is, for products or fabrics that we do not routinely stock.
We will, however, make absolutely certain that you thoroughly understand
everything about the product prior to ordering, to insure your ultimate satisfaction.
As a general rule, it takes 7-10 days to receive specially ordered non-upholstered furniture
and 4-7 weeks to receive specially ordered upholstered furniture. Some items take longer.
At your request, we will give you a very accurate estimate of delivery schedules for any specific item.

Naturally, you are not expected to accept merchandise damaged in shipment
or with manufacturer's defects -- and these goods may be refused, returned or exchanged.
Most of the products we sell have a one year warranty against manufacturer's defects --
some sub-systems -- such as recliner and glider mechanisms -- may have lifetime warranties.
Mattress and box spring warranties are shown on this website.
Other returns of non-stock items will incur a 30% restocking fee.

We have several financing plans including six months the same as cash and a layaway plan.
Our layaway plan requires a 20% down payment with the balance due in 90 days.
